QBI, is pleased to announce the 2016 National TPA Customer Satisfaction Survey.

QBI's customer base was surveyed along with other TPA customers, nationwide. QBI achieved a 91% overall satisfaction rate.

The survey allows us to recognize the state of our relationship with customers and helps us set company-wide goals. QBI is delighted to have achieved a 91% overall satisfaction rate, and we strive to continue to improve our customer experience.
