Executive Vice President of Payroll and HR Services, Lisa DeGregoris, is leading QBI Payroll, the team providing comprehensive Payroll and HR services for clients.
Lisa’s focus is to deliver services that can integrate with clients’ Retirement Plan programs. This will allow QBI clients, of any size, to meet the complex and challenging requirements of Payroll and HR. Services include but are not limited to; Payroll Processing, ACA Compliance, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Time and Labor Management, Workmen’s Compensation Insurance and other administrative and compliance requirements.
A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), with over 15 years’ experience, Lisa’s company Payroll Ready, Inc. was acquired in 2015 by QBI to become part of the company’s Strategic Growth Plan. With her history of working with hundreds of different sized organizations, she has the proven background to provide the right programs to meet QBI’s clients’ needs.
